DIY Golden Milk Latte Mix

  • 4 tablespoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • cinnamon stick, optional

Add Ins:

  • dairy free milk of choice
  • maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • coconut oil, optional
  • vanilla extract, optional


  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat milk of your choice with maple syrup and optional coconut oil. Over medium heat allow liquid to simmer to the point where it is almost boiling, remove from heat. Whisk in 1-1 1/2 teaspoons of spices until blended. Stir with a cinnamon stick and serve.
