Berry Mojito

Servings 1 mojito

Ingredients

  • 3-4 blackberries
  • 3-4 raspberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 teaspoons World of Chia Fruit Spread, flavor of choice
  • Crushed Ice
  • 1 ½ ounces coconut rum
  • 1/2 can Blackberry Spindrift
  • 1 slice lime

Instructions

  1. Muddle fresh berries, mint leaves and Chia Fruit Spread in bottom of a highball glass. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice, add coconut rum and top with Spindrift. Garnish with lime slice.
