Garam Masala Glazed Acorn Squash

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 acorn squash, cut into 1" horizontal slices


  1. Preheat oven to 375⁰ F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, and garam masala. Set aside.

  3. Place squash slices on baking tray. Using a basting brush, evenly coat the squash with the coconut oil mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until soft.
