Mix oats, cottage cheese, chia fruit spread, hemp hearts, vanilla extract and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Gently add in 1/4 cup of raspberries. Pour into an 8 ounce Mason jar and cover.
Place in refrigerator to set overnight. In the AM, top overnight oats with 1/4 cup raspberries and Superseedz Pumpkin Seeds.
