Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Raspberry World of Chia Fruit Spread
  • 1 tablespoon Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/8 cup SuperSeedz Cinnamon & Sugar Pumpkin Seeds, or flavor of choice


  1. Mix oats, cottage cheese, chia fruit spread, hemp hearts, vanilla extract and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Gently add in 1/4 cup of raspberries. Pour into an 8 ounce Mason jar and cover. 

  2. Place in refrigerator to set overnight. In the AM, top overnight oats with 1/4 cup raspberries and Superseedz Pumpkin Seeds.

For a thicker texture, add less milk. For a thinner texture, add more milk.
