Hot Apple Cider with Skyr

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Icelandic Provisions Skyr
  • ground cinnamon, optional


  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, warm apple cider.

  2. While the apple cider is heating up, blend vanilla skyr with an electric mixture until it has a whipped consistency.

  3. Pour apple cider into a mug and top with vanilla skyr. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
