Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup whole grain sorghum, cooked
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a glass. Garnish with pumpkin spice granola (optional)
