Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chai tea, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric optional
  • 1 (5.3 oz cup) Vanilla Icelandic Provisions Skyr
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp crystallized ginger

Equipment

  • 4 Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together Icelandic Provisions Skyr, 2 tablespoons honey and chai tea, set aside.

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon coconut flakes to the bottom of each popsicle mold. Evenly distribute the skyr mixture into each popsicle mold. Top each popsicle with 1/2 teaspoon of crystallized ginger. Leave 1/4″ of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion.

  3. Freeze popsicles for 3-4 hours, or until frozen through.
