Cauliflower is a vegetable that doesn’t seem to get enough credit! We love this veggie, not only because of its delicious variety in the kitchen, but also for its nutrition value. Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that comes in different color varieties, such as purple, white and yellow. The vegetable is not only beautiful in colors, it’s also super nutrient dense – making it a perfect addition to your dinner table! Roasting cauliflower in a hot oven helps to caramelize the cauliflower producing a sweet flavor. Cook once, eat twice by preparing a double batch of cauliflower to use in salads during the week is a healthy, tasty and time saving idea.
