No-Fuss Nutrition

Busy mornings need easy breakfasts. This delicious Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats recipe is a nutrient-dense, prep-ahead morning meal that tastes like a sinful evening dessert. Oatmeal is the ultimate healthy comfort food that provides fuel for your body and brain. And when used to make overnight oats, they are the perfect no-cook, prep-ahead ingredient for this insanely healthy grab-and-go breakfast. Unlike traditional overnight oats that need to soak for several hours, our recipe is made with cottage cheese, which is thick enough to soak up the oats and hemp hearts instantaneously. The combination forms a creamy, chewy texture with a thick, dense consistency. Our recipe is higher in protein and fiber than many other versions, which means it is more filling and satiating. We also love including Raspberry World of Chia Fruit Spread in this recipe because it adds a natural sweetness and boost of heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. Prep this meal the night before and wake up to a nutritious, ready-to-eat, portable jar of goodness that tastes too good to be healthy!

Nutrient Booster: Raspberries

We love adding fresh or frozen raspberries to this overnight oat recipe. With their bright color and sweet, juicy taste, they add a delicious, fruity flavor to these creamy oats as well as an abundance of health benefits. Raspberries are extremely high in antioxidants which, when ingested, can help reduce signs of premature aging. These antioxidants fight damage caused by the free radicals in the body, helping to prevent disease and skin damage. Add raspberries to your smoothies, top them over your salads, fold them into your muffins, or eat them fresh, right out of your hand–so many ways to enjoy tasty nutrition!

Best Breakfast Ideas

We LOVE overnight oats for so many reasons. But one of our favorite things about this nutritious breakfast option is that you can vary the ingredients and toppings and wake up to a different grab-and-go meal each morning. World of Chia Fruit Spread is available in flavors like strawberry, blackberry, as well as raspberry and they all add a delicious, natural sweetness to any fruity flavor combination you choose. Top your overnight oats with a variety of fresh fruits and nutrient-dense Superseedz Pumpkin Seeds. What’s your best breakfast idea?
