Nutrient Boosters: Pumpkin and Chia Fruit Spread

What’s a fall dessert without pumpkin puree?! Pumpkin truly is the star of the show in this deliciously sweet Pumpkin Bread. But not only does pumpkin add the autumnal flavors that we all crave, but also an abundance of nutritional benefits, too. Pumpkin is a great source of beta-carotene. Including foods rich in the antioxidant beta-carotene, like pumpkin, in our diets can help reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer and even provide anti-aging properties.

We love to top this moist and delicious Pumpkin Bread with our favorite fruit spread, World of Chia! With just 4 minimal, wholesome and nutritious ingredients adding these fruit spreads to our dessert recipes is key. Plus, the addition of chia seeds instead of pectin offers a boost of protein, fiber and omega-3s! The best part? There’s so many amazing, fruit-forward flavors to choose from. Our favorites? It’s hard to choose!
