We used World of Chia Blackberry Fruit Spread to top this creamy appetizer. World of Chia is a fruit spread that uses chia seeds instead of pectin to thicken their product. Genius! We love this brand because they use real, whole, natural and good-for-you ingredients in their deliciously tasting fruit spreads. This Blackberry Premium Spread has 4 ingredients; blackberries, chia seeds, agave nectar and lime juice. That’s it! This spread is a staple in our kitchen’s year round and adding it to this recipe was a no-brainer.

Pairing our favorite Blackberry fruit spread with blackberries and blueberries was an easy choice. Fresh berries are such an amazing addition to this decadent recipe. Berry Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup World of Chia Blackberry Fruit Spread
  • 1 tablespoon blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place parchment paper or a silicone mat on a baking sheet. Place the Brie on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or microwave for about 45 seconds until it starts oozing but not melting.

  2. Top warm Brie with Blackberry World of Chia Fruit Spread and garnish with blackberries and blueberries.
