Kathy Siegel, MS, RDN, CDN 
managing partner, marketing communications director

Kathy is a driven brand marketing and communications innovator with over two decades of experience in the food and nutrition industry. As the managing partner and Marketing Communications Director at Triad to Wellness Consulting, Kathy works with health brand companies and food commodity boards providing health marketing and communication consulting including brand strategy, product placement, social media marketing, content development, influencer marketing, and outreach programs to the foodservice industry, health professionals, media, and consumers. Kathy also acts as a contributing writer and media spokesperson. Her expertise has been included in The New York Post, Food Network, U.S. News & World Report, Livestrong, The Independent, Readers Digest, Shape, everyday health.com and many other cutting edge publications.

Kathy is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holds a New York State license as a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist. In addition, she earned a degree in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science degree in Health Communication from Boston University. Tracee Yablon Brenner, RDN, CHHC
partner, culinary director

Tracee is a registered dietitian nutritionist and culinary professional with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. Tracee is partner and Culinary Director at Triad to Wellness Consulting providing recipe and product development, food quality and product testing, product nutrient analysis, as well as marketing communications and promotional strategy.

Tracee has over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working in culinary nutrition, nutrition therapy and coaching, as well as nutrition communications. Kristen Williams 
nutrition communications associate

Kristen is a Nutrition Communications Associate at Triad to Wellness. She received her degree in Nutrition and Food Science with minors in Psychology and Public Health from Montclair State University in 2017. She manages daily tasks of developing communication materials, providing outreach to influencers, actively engaging on social media and assisting and implementing editorial calendars and team projects. Steph Weibring
graphic designer

Steph is our color loving graphic designer at Triad to Wellness. Steph works on brand strategy and creative content for our clients. Steph is also a creative entrepreneur and stationery maker at Joy Creative Shop, a flourishing design, paper goods and creative consulting business. In addition to nurturing her own brand, it brings Steph joy to help other entrepreneurs and bloggers brainstorm ideas, take the first steps in getting started and grow! Kristen Massad 
food stylist and food photographer

Kristen is our food stylist and food photographer at Triad to Wellness. Kristen is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in NYC and owned and operated a bakery in Dallas, Texas for over 8 years. Kristen elevates our brands through her creative, delicious recipes and lifestyle images making enjoying healthy foods look easy and fun! Stephanie Segal 
editor and copy writer

Stephanie Segal is the newest addition to the Triad to Wellness team. She is responsible for copy editing and proofreading creative content and writing blog content. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a BA degree, Stephanie worked in the finance industry as a Sales and Marketing Communications Manager. However, her true passion has always been reading and writing. Joining Triad to Wellness has allowed Stephanie to follow a new career path that is exciting and fun!
