Strawberry Piña Colada Smoothie

Summer is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with our healthy, dairy-free version of a Pina Colada? This decadent treat is full of nutrition goodness, including organic fruits, coconut milk, and hemp hearts, which provide a rich nutty flavor and tender crunch. Hemp Hearts are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, and contain 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of omegas per 30 gram serving (3 tablespoons), so adding these to your smoothie is a great way to pack a nutritious boost!

Serves: 2 (10 ounce) servings
  • 1 1/2 cups organic strawberries
  • 1/2 cup organic pineapple
  • 1 small organic banana
  • 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or you favorite milk)
  • *frozen or fresh fruit can be used.
  • Optional garnish:
  • Top with Hemp Hearts and coconut flakes
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
