balsamic dressing no lid

Any salad is made better with a tasty dressing, and this one is no exception! With this specific recipe, we love the flavor profile, nutrition content, and extra dimension it gives any salad, and it’s one that we continue to use regardless of the occasion. This salad dressing is unique due to the addition of sorghum syrup, as this ingredient provides extra nutrients such as iron, calcium, and potassium. The sorghum syrup is also a natural sweetener and has an earthy flavor to it that will complement the flavors already present in your salad. You can read more about the benefits of sorghum at the Sorghum Checkoff.  So the next time you create a leafy green salad, drizzle a little of this lemon balsamic dressing to it–we promise that your taste buds won’t be disappointed!
