Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that comes in different color varieties, such as purple, white and yellow. The vegetable is not only beautiful in colors, it’s also super nutrient dense! Serves: 4-1 cup servings
  • Whole Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. In a large bowl add olive oil, sea salt and turmeric and mix together.
  3. Add cauliflower to the bowl, and stir to coat.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes. Occasionally stir and turn cauliflower over until golden brown.
