Serves: 4-1 cup servings
2 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
In a large bowl add olive oil, sea salt and turmeric and mix together.
Add cauliflower to the bowl, and stir to coat.
Roast for 20-25 minutes. Occasionally stir and turn cauliflower over until golden brown.
Roasting cauliflower in a hot oven helps to caramelize the cauliflower producing a sweet flavor. Cook once, eat twice by preparing a double batch of cauliflower to use in salads during the week is a healthy, tasty and time saving idea.
