  • 1/4 cup of skim or almond milk
  • 1/8 cup slivered almonds
  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the slivered almonds) in a medium-sized bowl. Pour into an 8 oz. Mason jar and cover. Place in refrigerator to set overnight. In the AM, top overnight oats with slivered almonds.
