Ingredients
  • Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese, 2% fat
  • 1 – 15 oz can Pumpkin (without salt)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sorghum syrup
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Smoothie Bowl Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranates perils
  • 3 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds roasted, without salt
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender container and cover. Blend on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour 1 cup of smoothie into 4 individual bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with 1 teaspoon pomegranate perils, 3 teaspoons hemp hearts, 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon cacao nibs.
