Smoothies are a great addition to your breakfast, as they provide your body with a boost of nutrition to last you throughout the day. While we usually add fruits, spinach, and nut butters to our smoothies, have you ever thought of adding cottage cheese for some added protein? When blended, cottage cheese adds a delicious, creamy texture to the smoothie and gives your taste buds something new to celebrate!
