Pear & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free oats)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pear
  • 5 pecans, chopped


  1. Combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt and cinnamon in a mason jar.
  2. Stir lightly until well blended.
  3. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Prior to eating, slice pear and add to oats and top with pecans
