Pear & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free oats)
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pear
- 5 pecans, chopped
- Combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt and cinnamon in a mason jar.
- Stir lightly until well blended.
- Seal jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Prior to eating, slice pear and add to oats and top with pecans
