Fruit Salad with Skyr

Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup oranges, segmented and cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1 plain container of Skyr
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dried unsweetened coconut, optional
  • mint, optional
  • nuts, seeds, optional
Equipment
  • Paring knife
  • Cutting board
  • Medium sized mixing bowl
  • Spatula
Instructions
  1. Add the strawberries, oranges, banana, Skyr, orange juice, hemp seeds and cinnamon in the mixing bowl, and combine well with a spatula. Set aside.
  2. Garnish with nuts, seeds, dried unsweetened coconut and mint, if desired.
