Kathy Siegel, MS, RDN, CDN is a driven brand marketing and communications innovator with over two decades of experience in the food and nutrition industry. Kathy is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holds a New York State license as a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist. In addition, she earned a degree in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science degree in Health Communication from Boston University.

As the managing partner and Marketing Communications Director at Triad to Wellness Consulting, Kathy works with health companies and food commodity boards providing health marketing and communication consulting including brand strategy, product placement, social media marketing, content development, influencer marketing, and outreach programs to the foodservice industry, health professionals, media, and consumers. Kathy also acts as a contributing writer and media spokesperson. Her expertise has been included in The New York Post, Food Network, U.S. News, Livestrong, The Independent, Readers Digest, Shape, health.com and many other cutting edge publications.

Tracee Yablon Brenner, RDN, CHHC is a registered dietitian nutritionist and culinary professional with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. Tracee is the managing partner and Culinary Director at Triad to Wellness Consulting. At Triad to Wellness, Tracee works with food companies and commodity boards providing recipe and product development, food quality and product testing, product nutrient analysis, as well as marketing communications and promotional strategy.

Tracee has over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working in culinary nutrition, nutrition therapy and coaching, as well as nutrition communications. Tracee co-authored two books Simple Foods for Busy Families and Great Expectations: Best Foods for your Baby & Toddler.
