  • 6 ounce vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/8 of an avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened ¬†cocoa powder
  • 1 small banana (can be frozen)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and serve.
